Orders to the Continental United States over $30 qualify for free 1-4 day shipping. Shipments will be sent by the common carrier of Retro's choosing. If you prefer to specify the carrier, simply select the carrier and service of your choice during checkout.
While delivery time is typically between 1-4 business days, we can not guarantee this delivery time-frame on orders utilizing the free shipping offer. Expedited shipping options are offered during checkout if you need your new gear asap or within a certain time-frame. Please call us if you have any questions regarding expedited delivery time frame, we are happy to help! Note: Orders for overnight delivery must be placed before 12pm to ensure delivery next day.

We aim to ship all orders the same day! We will usually send you an email with your shipment's tracking number within 24 hours. We try to have all options in stock, however in some cases this isn't possible and we have to wait for more stock to arrive. Any delays will be notified by email or telephone and we will ensure your order gets to you as quick as possible.
Shipping charges on large orders may incur greater charges than those displayed during checkout, particularly for expedited shipping services. We will contact you asap to discuss shipping options should this be the case.

Expedited Shipping on Large Orders
Although rare, due to UPS using dimension as well as weight on certain services (such as Next Day Air), there may be additional upcharges on orders of more than one item (helmet, etc). If so we will contact you and confirm your consent for the additional charges before processing your order. You may also call us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Erroneous Addresses, etc.
UPS charges additional fees to correct erroneous addresses resulting from typos, etc. The customer will be responsible for these fees in such cases - please input your address carefully to avoid delays and additional fees.
Change of Delivery Address
If your order has already been shipped via UPS and you need to change the delivery address, we can usually do this however UPS does charge a fee for address change, which is the customer's responsibility. Please contact us ASAP if your order has shipped and you require an address change.
Please note that RetroBikeGear.com will not be responsible to replace or refund orders in the case that the carrier tracking shows the shipment is delivered. However, we will do whatever we can to assist you, please contact us if your order shows as delivered and you have not received it.
