Worried about getting the right helmet/size/color?

If you receive your item(s) and need a different size, color, or different model item altogether, simply send it back to us (see directions below) and we'll send the replacement item of your choosing, with no extra shipping charges to send your replacement item(s).

We do offer the option to provide a discounted return label to you, for the flat rate cost of $15 (which will be subtracted from your refund). We can provide this option as well for exchanges via PayPal invoice, upon customer request.

We insist on 100% Customer Satisfaction and offer a full refund policy if you are not satisfied with your new helmet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receiving it by following the instructions given below. We do not charge any restocking fee for the return/exchange of un-used items nor do we charge additional shipping to send a replacement in the case of an exchange. Items returned in un-used condition will be refunded within 3-5 business days via the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc). Please note, the sizing charts on our website are a guide, not a guarantee of fitment. Helmet sizing can depend on shape, circumference, etc. Please email or call us if you have sizing questions and we will do everything within our power to get you the correct size, or exchange for a better fit if needed.

Please do not remove the tags from your item(s) until you are certain you wish to keep said items. Any items returned without all tags and packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned, and will be returned to customer. Any items returned showing signs of use or having been ridden with (any damage or wear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, scuffing, removal of protective plastic from optical lenses/shields/visors, signs of installation/mounting, road debris, bugs, pet hair, odor, etc) will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and will be returned to the customer. Some Clearance items may be ineligible for return/exchange, as stated on the product page at time of order. Face masks and balaclavas are not eligible for return, for sanitary reasons.

(Return shipping costs for either a return or exchange are the customer's responsibility. ALL shipping charges must be paid by customer for exchanges outside of US. No additional shipping charges to send the first exchange/replacement item within the US. Shipping charges will be added on consecutive exchanges.)
