Shipping

Delivery
We aim to ship all orders the same day, via UPS. We will usually send you an email with your UPS tracking number the same day. We try to have all options in stock, however, in some cases this is not possible and we have to order the item. Any delays will be notified by email or telephone.

(Please note that some small packages may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS for a faster delivery.)

Expedited Shipping on Large Orders
Due to UPS using dimension as well as weight on certain services (such as Next Day Air), there may be additional upcharges on orders of more than one item (helmet, etc). If so we will contact you and confirm your consent for the additional charges before processing your order. You may also call us for an estimate before placing your order.

International Shipping
If you are outside the US or Canada, we can ship your international order via USPS International Priority Mail, which is typically much less expensive than UPS International service ($40 for most destinations). Our checkout processor does not offer the option for USPS, but please email us with your location and desired order and we will send you an invoice through PayPal.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import or duty fees by the common carrier or local customs agencies. RetroBikeGear.com has no control over these fees and assumes no responsibility for the aforementioned fees.
