RetroBikeGear.com is a rider-owned company and was founded after we got sick and tired of looking everywhere for a retro helmet that fit the needs of today's rider: Quality construction, lightweight, and unique vintage styling.

RetroBikeGear.com is dedicated to providing unique and lightweight retro and vintage style helmets at a great price. All of our quality helmets are handmade in Japan (and should not be confused with inferior Chinese helmets!) We are family owned business business here in Sacramento, California, serving the helmet needs of bikers nationwide.

We provide super-fast domestic shipping, and usually will ship your order the same day it is placed.

Worried about getting the right size?

If you receive your helmet and need a different size, simply send it back to us (see directions below) and we'll send the size of your choosing, with no extra shipping charges! (Charges may apply to exchanges outside of US).

We insist on 100% Customer Satisfaction and offer a full refund policy if you are not satisfied with your new helmet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back within 20 days by following the instructions given below. We do not charge any restocking fee nor do we charge for reshipping size exchanges as many companies do.

How to Buy Online
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just select the items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to compete the order.

Credit Card Security
We use Yahoo E-Commerce Solutions for our payment processor. All orders are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Returns
Goods may be returned within 20 days if unused and in saleable condition using the following procedure:

* Please send an email stating the reason for return to sales@retrobikegear.com
* You will be sent an email containing a returns reference number and details of the returns procedure.
* Please note that if returned goods are not received in new condition, a refund may not be given, or only a partial refund given.
* Please allow 3-5 days for your refund, which will be for the full amount of the order, less the cost of delivery. (NOTE: If you received a free shipping promotion on your order, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund).

(Note: DOT decals and face masks are non-refundable.)
